Very practical place to stay if you are working. Large room with kitchen and every thing works. Not fancy but works and easy to use. Plus laundry facility is real bonus. Pretty quiet too. Comfortable large bed with two desks. Really appeciated the work space. And good lighting. I work on the road, so this place was really good for me. Stayed four weeks and got a lot done.

Room size, mattress, friendly staff, no carpet in rooms made it feel cleaner Checkout Roman, Delora, was so sweet. So was the check in lady, but I did not catch her name.

Staff was friendly. Replaced the clock in our room when I reported it was gaining time. Self-serve breakfast, including granola-type bars. Self-serve luggage cart available. Convenient to I-94.

Leah at the front desk was AH.MAZ.ING! We wanted to take her home with us. She made our stay so enjoyable and was super accommodating, especially when I realized I had booked the wrong type of room. Keep her! Pay her whatever she wants!!

Amazing location! Kitchen was exceptional and the hotel staff were beyond accommodating! Loved the location! The friendliness of the staff. The laundry area with amazing snacks to purchase was a plus. Incredibly clean. My allergies are horrible and to not sneeze with carpet means this facility is doing something right..:) not enough space to compliment this hotel. Ahh-mazing!!

Staff were very helpful. They kept my luggage for free extra 2 hours. It is big thing to appreciate them.

Ease of getting on I-94 to go into the city! Ease of departure onto West I-94 to go home! Skokie is a nice quiet suburb!
